Awesome, another five finger burningman enthusiast, happy day! yes, the Five Fingers were incredible on the Playa. Besides my dancing platforms I wore them the whole time. It's really good to be aware of the harsh conditions for the shoes though, I'd definitely give them a serious rinse afterwards to keep them healthy (the alkaline dust eats away at stitching). Mine were ready to be retired before went to the playa, so no big deal to hand stitch up the holes beforehand and wear them an extra week. What do you do in yours mostly?
